Our Commitment to Privacy

At SessionWeaver, we take your privacy seriously. We understand the sensitive nature of therapy session data and have designed our system with privacy at its core.

Ephemeral Processing

We do not store your therapy transcripts. All transcript processing happens in-memory and is immediately discarded after your summary is generated. Your session data never touches our servers or databases.

Data We Collect
We only collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:
  • Email address and account credentials
  • Subscription and payment information (processed by Stripe)
  • Usage analytics (number of summaries generated, formats used)

We explicitly DO NOT collect:

  • Therapy session transcripts
  • Client names or identifying information
  • Clinical content or generated summaries

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Firebase: Authentication and user management
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure
HIPAA Considerations

While SessionWeaver is designed with healthcare privacy in mind, users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with HIPAA and other applicable regulations. We recommend de-identifying transcripts before processing.

Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers.
